Energy World October 2012

One of the themes in this issue is energy used in buildings and homes. We include, from page 14, articles on the interplay between ventilation and heat losses, district cooling in the Middle East, the energy performance of LED lighting and the real world experience of a home fittef with a series of microgeneration and energy efficiency technologies.

The other theme is nuclear power - see page 27 onwards for articles on the UK nuclear 'renaissance' and some of the international reactions to last year's Fukushima incident. We also feature the first of a new series of interviews with energy people that also hold voluntary positions on EI committees.
