In UK, the World Health Organisation’s report of 7 million premature deaths globally in 2012 has highlighted the importance of emission-free transport as exemplified by hydrogen fuel-cell electric vehicle (FCEVs). Intelligent Energy is leading a UK industry consortium to develop zero-emission light commercial vehicles, whereas Toyota, Honda and Hyundai are beginning to make their FCEVs available globally.
