A Private Member's Bill to restrict the height, number, location and operation of wind turbines situated off shore within twenty miles of the coast; to restrict subsidies available for such turbines; and to make provision regulating the length, location and environmental impact of cables connecting such turbines to the national grid; and for connected purposes.
