Wind of change

Development of offshore wind power in UK waters promises enormous opportunities for UK suppliers and fabricators, with transferable skills, services and experience from 40 years of oil and gas operations. However, the sector faces significant challenges in terms of cost and strong competition from key technology suppliers in mainland Europe.
