Where there's muck there's brass

More than half of London's waste still ends up in landfill sites but, according to the London Assembly Environment Committee, a switch to an increased use of waste-to-energy facilities could reduce landfill levels and help to reduce the city's carbon emissions. Includes details of some waste-to-energy plants in the Greater London area.
