A major Government commitment to provide affordable warmth for all UK households is under threat as high domestic energy prices undermined progress towards government targets. We have seen a recent commitment to fuel price reductions by several energy providers, but there is no guarantee the trend will continue. David Bootle from National Energy Action (NEA) reports.
