Nuclear energy: Nuclear waste management - public confidence is everything. Paul Spare. Energy World January 2007, P. 22-23
Loughborough University hosted a two day conference on long-term nuclear waste management in November last year. The event was jointly organised by the Energy Institute and fifteen other bodies, including the British Geological Survey, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), the Royal Society, the Institute of Physics, the Royal Society of Chemistry and UKAEA. Unlike many previous conferences examining this issue, several agencies outside the nuclear industry were involved. Paul Spare was there for Energy World.
