It is well known that carbon emissions from the road transport sector continue to rise inexplicably, while emissions from other economic sectors have been slowed or checked. So who is charges with doing something about transport emissions - cue the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership, which held its annual conference in February. This article is based on presentations given by the Chairman and Director of the organisation.
