Solar energy: The future for solar power - a view from the industry. Energy World. March 2005 P. 10-12

The dramatic recent growth of wind power in certain countries of the world has rather pushed the solar power story into the background. But the industry is projecting that, given proper government support, solar power could meet around 1% of global electricity demand by 2020, with much greater things to follow.
