Meeting the media challenge. P. Algar. Paper. Proc. Conf., Oil spill response, 10--11 March 1998, publ'd Inst. Petrol., London, pages 75--85.

The need is stressed for a company to plan in advance on the way it would cope with the media, in the event of a major oil spill.
