Three supply basins will ease US gas demands. Anon. Pipeline Gas J., October 1994, 221(10), 34--38.

Sixteen US gas supply basins are discussed and three are described as having the highest potential for meeting rising US demands for natural gas. These are Anadarko, Onshore Gulf and Green River Basins. Production data are described and illustrated from 1991 to a projected position for 1998. Production from Anadarko will improve the economic position in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Green River production will improve the economy of Colorado and Wyoming. Onshore Gulf production will improve economies in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida. Major production declines are predicted for other supply areas reviewed.
