We are an independent energy modelling, sustainable design and savings validation consultancy for outcome based energy retrofit projects. We collaborate with established companies to deliver turn-key (design, supply, install, maintain, and repair) energy savings projects, which are fully funded and require no capital outlay or upfront costs. Working with our funding partners we can structure an agreement to overcome capital/reporting constraints, improve your cash flow and environmental credentials. Our design team specialises in the design of waste-energy, HVAC and lighting systems and our management team have extensive experience in designing MEP services and implementing shared and guaranteed energy saving schemes.
