Reference is made to the increasing standardization appearing in the format of new Regulations, and a convergence between many of the Regulations and much of the Guidance which is applicable onshore and offshore. Attention is drawn to the impact of environmental conditions on performance, sick building syndrome and building related illness, environmental loading, and gradual pollution.
