SCF formulae for fatigue design of K-connections between square hollow sections. A.M. van Wingerde, J.A. Packer and J. Wardenier. J. Construct. Steel Res., July--September 1997, 43(1--3), 87--118.

Analogous fatigue design rules for K-connections are presented, along with the underlying research. The results are verified by comparison with test results. At a later stage, the design formulae may be simplified in order to include the method in design guides. The results of this study are intended for incorporation in a forthcoming CIDECT design guide, as well as in the EC3, the AWS and in Canadian design guidelines. 17 refs.
