Non-Opec Norway, the world’s third largest oil exporter, has said that it has no current plans to cut output and will not automatically match any future measures by Opec to shore up prices. However, Norway’s Oil and Energy Minister Einar Steensnaes has not ruled out a cut if markets become destabilised and prices are at risk of collapse.
