Key Opec members have agreed that the oil cartel should keep its output limits unchanged while Iraq continues to struggle with restarting its exports. Bijan Zanganeh, Iran’s Oil Minister, confirmed that the advisory committee of Opec would recommend the group’s production ceiling remain at 25.4mn b/d, all but erasing concerns that the group would tighten supply.
