It has been reported that Saudi Arabia may cut oil supplies to its Asian customers by as much as 15% to comply with Opec production cuts. Opec has agreed to cut 2mn b/d from June to halt the fall in oil prices. But the Saudi move in Asia might only benefit Russian producers, said analysts.
