Vopak is to sell its 50% interest in Chemicals and Oil Storage Management (COSM), a 50:50 joint venture in the UK between Vopak and the Simon Group, to Siena Investments. The disposal is subject to the offer by Siena Investments for the tank storage activities of the Simon Group becoming unconditional.
