Regular blackouts to hit Britain within three years because there is a shortage of new power stations, study claims

Britain faces regular blackouts within three years because not enough new power stations have been built. Nine oil and coal-fired power plants are to close by 2015 and four nuclear power plants will be shut. New nuclear power plants will not be ready until around 2018 while wind farms will not deliver the power needed.
