Kvaerner reveals plans to break up company
Kvaerner on Thursday revealed plans to break up the company, by the third quarter, into three distinct business areas. This would be achieved by combining oil and gas with engineering and construction (E&C), shipbuilding with other non-core assets, leaving pulp and paper as the third business.
