Freezing weather disrupts Norway production

OSLO Shell's 200,000 bpd Draugen oilfield offshore Norway stayed closed today after a plunge in temperatures halted production at the weekend. The company is discussing how to re-start production now that temperatures are hovering around zero degrees centigrade. Production problems took about 600,000 bpd off Norway's 3.2m average on Tuesday.
