Environmental assessment levels (EALs) used in air emissions risk assessments

The Environment Agency is proposing to change environmental assessment levels (EALs) for 10 existing substances and introduce two new substances EALs for substances relating to Carbon Capture and Storage.  

2 November 2020 - consultation opened

7 February 2021 - consultation closes 

17 May 2021 - outcome published

3 September 2021 - Added the revised consultation response document to include additional responses originally missed.
