14 July 2021 - Added final outcome and impact assessment on the Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021.
21 December 2021 - The Electric Vehicles (Smart Charge Points) Regulations 2021 were made (signed into law) on 15 December 2021. They will be brought into effect from 30 June 2022, except for the security requirements in schedule 1, which will be brought into effect from 30 December 2022.
