In Germany, Shell and ITM Power have planned to meet the refinery requirements for hydrogen gas from water by means of a 10 MW Polymer Electrolyte Membrane electrolyser, and eventually offer hydrogen for sale. ITM Power is also involved in a hydrogen bus service in Pau, France, to operate between the hospital and the railway station
