MFG rolls out new app to aid disabled drivers when refuelling

Motor Fuel Group (MFG) is rolling out the fuelService App across its 422-strong company station UK network, which has been designed to help disabled drivers re-fuel their vehicles more easily. The App helps the driver find a local service station and asks them if they will be able to assist before they drive there. Once at the forecourt the driver can use the App to tell the fuel retailer that they have arrived and which pump they are at, making them easy to spot. The driver is told via the App how long the attendant will be before they come out to help.

Over 648,000 people are thought to use Motability vehicles in the UK.

The App can be download from http://fuelservice.org/getapp or by searching for ‘fuelservice’ on your device’s app store.
