Comprehensive study of building energy renovation activities and the uptake of nearly zero energy buildings in the EU

Provide a comprehensive analysis of the renovation activities and NZEB uptake in the 28 Member States. Produce a robust statistical and comprehensive analysis on both building renovation activities and NZEB uptake in the EU 28. For this purpose the proponents can use a combination of sound statistical (bottom-up and top-down) analysis, including well designed sample surveys to households, building owners, construction material suppliers and construction companies, etc. The period of analysis should be at least 5 years, from 2012 to 2016.
