Decision to modify the Funding Return Mechanism in the Network Innovation Competition (NIC) and Low Carbon Networks Fund (LCNF) licence conditions

Ofgem has modified the NIC and LCNF licence conditions in accordance with section 11A(2) of the Electricity Act 1989 and under section 23(2) of the Gas Act 1986 to the relevant licence holders. The final licence drafting can be found in the decision Notices appended to the letter.
