Horizon 2020: Energy Efficiency Calls for Proposal 2016-2017

Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract.

The first of the 2017 Calls, in the areas of energy efficiency and low carbon technologies, have been open since 26 July 2016.

€49M is available for energy efficiency projects, the deadline for proposals is 19 January 2017. €95M is available for low carbon energy projects in a Call that has two stage application process. The stage 1 deadline is 29 November 2016.

Further Calls for Proposals will be launched in 2017.
